2026 In-Person Highly Sensitive Leadership Trainings

This Business Miracles HSP Coach Mastery Intensive is an immersive, transformational experience—one that’ll help you master accessing “coach” rather than “rescuer” in all aspects of your business, leadership and life as an HSP.

Through a blend of interactive learning tailored specifically for registered attendees, ongoing access to support and resources, and 21+ years of personal experience and research backed in the art of education practicum and science of psychology, sociology, and neuroscience you will . . .

• Learn to use your HSP strengths to show up more effectively as “coach” in all of your relationships with prospects, clients, team, family and friends in order to achieve healthier results
• Apply your HSP coach mastery skills to a specific focus area of your choice for this intensive (e.g. marketing, sales, parenting, partnerships etc.) * this specific area of focus will be determined as part of a 30-Day Prior Cohort Kick-off Call
• Achieve HSP strength mastery through real-time peer-to-peer practice and world-class master mentorship

Module Focus:

Module 1: Mastery of Decisions and Direction

Learn to use your HSP Strengths of Empathy, Deep Feeling and Listening to no longer default to people-pleasing and subjugating your HSP needs to others demands on your time, attention and energy, all without sacrificing a harmonious outcome with others. This includes family, clients and other social obligations. All so that you can make decisions quickly, confidently and effectively in order to create your true heart’s desire and and fulfill your life-purpose direction.

Module 2: Mastery of Communication

Learn to use your HSP Strength of Being Excellent With Language so you no longer ramble, lose your voice or become overwhelmed with bodily sensations such as profuse sweating, nausea or disassociation, but instead successfully communicate your message through the masterful, deep art of storytelling whether in your marketing, during a selling conversation or simply getting your point across to the important people in your life.

Module 3: Mastery of Prioritization

Learn to use your HSP Strength of Intuition to create clarity of focus instantaneously. No longer spend time in the HSP Shadows of Perfectionism, Analysis-Paralysis, Confusion or Overwhelm wondering where to put your attention and productive energy first, second or third. Become equipped to generate a plan of action and the skillful means to follow through to do what you say and by when you say you’ll have it done.

Module 4: Mastery of Creation

Learn to use your HSP Strengths of Creativity and Empathy to access possibility for yourself and others by using inquiry and curiosity to be in full partnership with another (whether personal partner, client or team member) as a Creator, while also being keenly aware of your own boundaries and having a strong foundational sense of self. All while being calm, accepting, full of wonder, supportive, and able to suspend your own agenda. Learn to be enthralled with the process of creating with and for yourself as well as others.

Module 5: Mastery of Implementation

Learn to use your HSP Strength of Visionary to support both yourself and others to effectively implement in a step-by-step approach that keeps you on a path aimed at a vision that is more magnificent than limiting beliefs would dare you to believe you can create. This is the way for both yourself and others you “coach” to truly accomplish big dreams.

Breakfast and lunch will generously be provided each day as well as a final evening dinner session.

During this day and a half of deep connection in service to deeper transformation you will join with Highly Sensitive Leadership Mentor, Heather Dominick, and fellow Highly Sensitive Leader members of the Business Miracles Community to uncover the primary resistance you are currently facing in creating what you want.

Through personal sharing and experiential learning, you will begin the shift from resistance to resilience by identifying key actions you are meant to take, from your Highly Sensitive Strengths, in order to be the determiner of your destiny – leading you to more safety, security, and stability regardless of what continues to disrupt in the world around us – all with less effort, more impact and more income.

This Acceleration Retreat will rely on foundational knowledge of the Highly Sensitive Leadership tools, teachings, and trainings in order to introduce new content, never before shared with the entire Business Miracles Community of Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders. Content will be crafted and uniquely created for the specific members attending. This is an in-person experience intentionally designed for YOU.
